I know the GPU is the videocard graphics and CPU is the speed and NVidia also video card, are my settings correct?

Specifically the GPU is the processor mounted on the graphics card and the CPU is the processer mounted on the motherboard. These parameter settings seem to relate to where a Random Number Generator macro/subroutine is run and how it operates. If you set it to run on the GPU the result will be different for different GPUs, if you run it on the CPU the result will be independent of the GPU you are using and if you choose NV it will simulate the result you would get from a NVidia Graphics card. So there isn't a wrong answer, but different choices will result in different images being generated. I think this would be of most use to people running SD on multiple machines so they can get consistent results. Mine is set to GPU, so if I copied your prompt etc, I'd end up getting a different resulting image to you.

The "Activities" setting appears to be related to the production of a Profile file and specified whether to use the CPU or Cuda to produce it. If you switch the Profile file production on it is likely to slow processing down and generate a big (500MB) Profile file, so I'd not do this. My setting on this is CPU (as is yours), but as I'm not generating a Profile file it shouldn't have any effect.

Here a pic of me, now if you look good around her face you see a square, is that coming from the Adetailer, or is there a option to remove the square?

on Google-Github they said: inpaint at full resolution padding, now the square is gone, hope it stays away.
I set this on full, hope it's good

I think it is coming from ADetailer, I've had it myself, but not for some time now. It may be a bit of a conflict with the checkpoint, but I'm not sure, you could try the other face option, face_yolov8s, but I can't remember if that helped. I know I stopped using it for a while and when I started using it again it was OK. Have you checked for updates to the extensions recently? If you haven't, it might be worth giving that a go.

EDIT: Ah, seems you've found a solution. Hopefully that's sorted it out.
