Despite a torturous session of dump and chase by Ottawa, managed to sit through it all, with the Rangers scoring a 4-2 win. Wasn't exactly cinematic.
Boston just scored in OT to defeat Washington 1-0 in a game that had a lot of good goaltending at both ends. Thomas wasn't as busy as Holtby, but was sharp when needed.
St Louis and San Jose presently in OT 2-2 , halfway though the first OT period. This one has lots of energy, and up and down. Suspect will lose some the longer OT goes on - these things can be a nasty cycle of bursts of action followed by lots of sparring
Chicago - Phoenix just underway
Update: 2256 EST OT1 complete in St Louis, still deadlocked; longer this goes I fear winning goal has higher chance of being scored as ricochet off of someone's forehead...

Update: 2315 EST, Martin Havlat scores the winner on a nice one timer just over 3 min into 2nd OT.
3-2 final San Jose
Update: 0032 EST , Seabrooke ties it up for Chicago with 14.2 seconds to go. Here we go again

Need more fluids....
Update: 0100 EST , Hanzal scores for Phoenix on a tip, Phoenix takes game 1 3-2
All I ask is please, no OT games tomorrow, especially on the left coast...
