For me. It has to be a Horsewoman in beige jodhpurs, black riding boots with top straps and a white blouse who becomes lost on foot trying to cross a misty marshy moor only to become trapped in a thick peat bog unable to struggle free, her riding boots slowly sinking deeper and deeper until she ends up waist deep in the thick slurping ooze.

I guess the biggest thing for me is the peril and melodrama. And if it's a scripted scene, either Hollywood or community produced, the acting needs to be good. I put a lot of value on suspension of disbelief. If it seems forced it's kind of a downer for me.
After that would be 'How attractive do I find this girl?' While any qs scene has its fun, I always feel a bit disappointed if there are attractive women about and it's the dude who falls in. Or the one girl that I don't find particularly attractive.
When it comes to clothes I'm pretty easy to please so long as she looks really good in whatever she's wearing. I'm definitely a leg man though so shorter is better. And no pant suits. Ugh... lol.

That was good.
It's a dirty job but I got to do it for 27 years. Thank you.
