Scarol is correct in being cautious. IP addresses, cookies, browser versions and so on are not random. They are all ways to identify users that have been issued warnings.

Regarding Shelby Woo, Wikipedia has her character as a 'teenager'. Considering she rides a bicycle with a basket on the front, I'm thinking it's not the 18 year old flavor of teenager. So, the clip is going to have to framed as a clip of Irene Ng, who was 22 to 24 when the series was filmed. Fussy? Yea. See Nuggets.
