Actually, it was in a different thread, "Comic Book Sinking Scenes", which was abandoned after its final posting back in May 7'th, 2010. It is easy to replicate comic book postings, since there are so many pages of material one has to go through to see if there are any matches (these 2 threads as well as some other smaller ones), that it just seems easier to just post it without spending all that time searching. There have been a number of other repeats of comic postings here as well.

And, you're welcome. :) I felt it was worth locating it, since it was from so far back, that many might have not seen it, or had forgotten it. 8-)

Interesting choice of flag for the neo-nazis. A 1914-1918 vintage German Empire flag on a staff topped with a swastika. Did someone get a little mixed up somewhere?

Wouldn't surprise me... those who did comics then weren't worried about stuff like accuracy... ;)
