By pure coincidence, I have found that other poor horse in quicksand on the internet. But this time, he's with his rider trying to keep his head above the mud.
To reassure you, the two are all right now :)

was near geelong on Port Phillip Bay, Victoria , Australia.

the next bay accross called westernport bay is nothing but mud flats. thats where i spend most of my mudding times.
found a nice place recently that i havent hit bottom yet. waiting for it to warm up again.

Truthfully, not too hard to do... I run across pics from that set of photos all too often while searching for fresh "stuff". The story was apparently spread world-wide quite throughly.

At first, I thought this was from The Neverending Story, but the horse was white.

Actually, I've found it on Facebook, a friend has shared for the touching story. And, it's funny, but in a comment someone made reference also to the Neverending Story ;)

Speaking of, here's more stuff!

The horror movies picture says "Isolation" and I did a quick search and Isolation is the name of a 2005 horror movie ... YouTube trailer shows somebody (male, I think) slogigng through some watery mud/muck - looks like he gets pulled under. Happened quickly. Will try to rent and report back later ...

never mind - didn't have to rent at all. You tube has the movie up in pieces.

Would be nice if we can find the scene when the girl they picked up drowns in the stuff!
Tarzan to Jill Hardy: Girl be still. Not sink!!"
From "Valley Of Mystery" : Don't struggle and do not thrash around; that just makes things worse!
