Other than places that are visited so often as to be not real answers, what is the most dangerous kind of place for the Dr to visit, based on events from the original TV series.

I am disappointed no one made even a guess here. The answer is "caves." The regeneration of Dr #3 to #4 and Dr. #5 to #6 both were caused by visits to caves.
