Cool find.

I took a look at the previous scene on youtube, he falls into the bog in the final five seconds of it, except it looks like he is just sitting in normal mud, and that continues for a second or two in the scene kuntilanak linked to, and then suddenly he is deeper. So there's no need for anyone to bother watching the previous bit.
