Updated Forum Description

Hi All,

I have updated the Off Topic forum description, specifically making religious or political topics out of bounds. This change is not retroactive.

This is due to feedback I have received in private, as well as my personal belief that Quicksand Fans is, in part, a refuge from real life day to day issues. There are plenty of other internet venues to espouse one's political or religious views.

That said, political or religious topics that relate to quicksand fetishism are welcome in the General Discussion forum.
