Hiring Builder!
Hi there! I'm looking to potentially secure and hire a builder for a parcel I'm inquiring about, specifically a skybox that is 124m in size. Specifically, I'm looking to make a little jungle filled with a few nice quicksand, mud, and tar pits so I can use it for some pictures I'm doing. I'll pay you in either lindens or paypal, whichever you prefer. Whatever you use, I will compensate you for! Please respond if you're interested.

124m? That's very small... I'm guessing you meant 1024m, which is a much more common parcel size?
Anyway, I might be interested, but I'll give others a chance to respond first (I wouldn't be opposed to collaborating, though.)

Unfortunately, it is 124m, due to a lack of property being available which is actually somewhat reasonable to rent. Money and all that. If you actually have ideas of where to build, that'd be great, too. I'm better at producing cute models than land parceling and whatnot.

Ah, okay. Hmm, that's really small... but that's fine, there are many ways to work around space constraints. Especially if you're mostly interested in taking photos... props and scenery you rez out for a photo don't necessarily need to stay out all the time, after all. What's the prim limit? That's usually the more important limiting factor.

Bruh? Not only do I have Toy's Quicksand! stuff, but the Dynamic ones too. I could easily help with this. Problem is I have no source of jungle-type objects in my inventory.

Re: Hiring Builder!
To my knowledge, the one I've selected is around 400-700 prims, I'm still debating due to different spaces available. If you think there is a larger space available for a decent price, I'll definitely consider it, as I could use another helping hand in this endeavor and some wisdom from those who have done it before me.
As for you, Zalio, I'll debate it. I don't have the space bought yet, due to not doing anything with it yet, but...I'm just needing a builder secured before I decide to buy it, as I want to make the most of it. Thank you so much, though!

Ah, okay. That's plenty of prims to work with. I'm actually thinking that you might be mistaken and it actually is 1024m... generally, people are more willing to part with excess space than excess prim allowance, and prim allowance is usually the main factor that determines the rental price of a parcel. If I'm right, that's fine, 1024m is a pretty typical parcel size and gives you plenty of space to work with.

Ok! It might be best to meet in person in Second Life, then, to further discuss things. Just to make sure. Go ahead and hit me up over email or a personal message. I'de share my name on here, but a tad bit afraid I might get people hitting me up with a ton of messages.

Unfortunately I'm still waiting on approval to send/receive PMs as a new user of this forum, so unless a moderator is willing to step in and change that (not sure if that's left entirely up to individual mod discretion or based on post count/time/etc.?) I don't think I can communicate in that way here yet.
