Probably one of the better ones would have to be Band of Brothers, that not only got the loading and reloading stuff dead to rights, but the sounds and use of most weapons, including quirks and malfunctions.
Yeah, like that distinctive "ping" of the en bloc clip being ejected from the M1 Garand, which had the annoying habit of telling your enemy that you now had an empty magazine.
