Movie quicksand is exactly that, an artificial special effect that takes a great deal of technical effort to create but isn't real. You can recreate the special effect, but more than weights are involved.

I notice that you haven't elaborated on exactly what your purpose is in all of this which makes it difficult to fully be responsive to your question. Simply put, if you are wanting to sink in mud for real in a manner like is seen in the movies, then any combination of mud and weights that would make that possible would be very dangerous. And you have not addressed the repeated warnings of the risk involved. So I ask again, are you in any way concerned with surviving sinking in the mud? Or, are you just trying to sink convincingly for some other mud fetishist to please his desires?

I hope you guys are considering the possibility that she actually does plan to off herself this way and you're doing everything in your power to make sure she gets the help she needs instead of immediately writing this off as trolling, because delicate situations like these need to be handled as such.
