Its by a Korean Artist called Dutchko, he draws a lot of work that's not for the faint of heart(Guro and Rape) though its all military themed. His Pixiv account was taken down and a lot of his quicksand art went with it, he made another, but not all of his art was reuploaded https://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?id=20150991

It is a nicely drawn piece. It reminds me of a drawing that QSA did of a redhead sunk a tad deeper in the marsh mire.

Oh, I thought it was him, but I wait for confirmation. Thanks TAP_bagan. Oh ?! He gets a previous account with a lot of qs artwork ? Damn, that is a shame.
