Yup.....crazy is the one thing you can't quantify but I'm still optimistic the whole thing will just cave in on itself if we wait long enough. I'm old enough to remember the USSR even if I didn't understand it at the time.

Hasn't tensions over Taiwan led to near clashes already? I seem to recall a lot of saber rattling over military purchases Taiwan made of US arms and equipment over the years as they upgraded... or do they now have a pretty good domestic defence industry and are less reliant on imports?
