heels to head or head to heels is what is known as an idiom and, as such, is perfectly correct from a language point of view even if perhaps not anatomically.

Nancy Drew was the most disappointing TV scene ever when I was a kid.
Beautiful Girl in Boots. The sidekick suggests that a car that went missing after going down a ravine - may have sunk in quicksand.
Nancy Goes down the ravine to check ----- NOTHING!!!

I agree that Nancy Drew is a big disappointment.
Let's get revenge and have Dave make a clip where Nancy gets what she deserves.

I would have to come up to speed on the characters.
