Re: Spiderman Cartoon (M)
There was another scene in the 90's Spiderman where Sandman pulls Peter Parker under on the beach - couldn't find the clip

The animators were lazy on this one. They took a lot of the Spiderman episode from another cartoon called Rocket Robin Hood. Here's that episode:

The QS scene is around the 4:00 mark.

The Spider-Man episode 'Revolt In The 5th Dimension' was a direct copy of 'Dementia 5', an episode of Rocket Robin Hood. Both series were produced by Krantz Films in Canada.
In Rocket Robin episode, the title hero and sidekick Little John are the ones who take the dip.
Sixties animation at its cheapest.
