Trying my hand at dating sites

So Iv decided to try my hand at finding a girlfriend on some dating websites that has this fetish. Just wondering if anybody has any advise to give or if anyone else was lucky enough to try dating sites as well and found their boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife.

I tried that once on match, but it was very hard. You can search keywords like quicksand, but mostly got the band. There was one match who had an entire story about how she was stuck in quicksand which was pretty detailed but related it to not being stuck in quicksand for dating so I don't think she had a fetish. You can look at mudruns or something like that, and maybe explore if that is an interest but I never saw it lead to a fetish.

I think a fetish/bondage site would be a bit easier. Maybe umd.net would be a good one. At least you are starting out with people that have this interest. I tried years ago to bring up a dating subject or meetup on this site but it never panned out. I had a few back and forth conversations with people on this site as well, but again nothing really developed.

Also, it's hard enough to find fetish dating for quicksand, but to also find someone close to where you live is a low probability. I wish it were much easier but that is my experience.

I think Duncan is right about the odds. I have been involved in the quicksand community now for about 18 years. In that time I have met, face to face, five persons of the female persuasion who had a genuine attraction for deep mud or quicksand. Five might sound like a lot but I met all five in the course of running Studio 588 so really it is very, very few. On the other hand I have met and know of a much larger number who are very open-minded about it. At least two admitted to me that they demonstrated enthusiasm for deep mud to please their husbands. Therefore, I would suggest that you would have a much better chance to just find an open-minded partner and develop a relationship.

Fred's right...your best bet is to simply find a the best relationship you can possibly find, and it's likely that the fetish areas will sort themselves out. If you can actually tell her and she's good with it, that's going to be very good luck.

If you want a non-serious relationship that is mostly friendly and centered primarily around the quicksand thing -- well, us females are terribly outnumbered here and I don't want to be real hopeful because I am aware of the numbers problem, but it is not impossible. I am proof of that, for at one time I did get sinking partners out of this community.

If you are looking for a serious lifelong partner who is just like you about quicksand -- hopefully a wife or a girlfriend who stays long-term and is loyal to only you -- be very careful should you find her. A lot can go wrong that will have nothing to do with fetish. Personal values and lifestyle should be compatible. Women in general tend to be slower to commit. So if you find someone, continue to treat her well and give it time. If I were to try such a thing, I wouldn't bother trying to find someone like-minded.

I would put myself out there as someone with a quicksand kink (fetish) and state that I am looking for an accommodating partner who might also need someone to accommodate whatever they are into.

Having said that though, I would not want my partner to accommodate me. The very activity of acting out a fetish tends to objectify the other person(s) involved. I know that there are probably some exceptions to this. But having thought it through, it would almost certainly be the case for me.

I've been trying my luck at a bdsm website where you describe your different kinks. There is no quicksand tag but vore tag exist and so does "sploshing/ wet and messy".
Besides quicksand there is two more similar fetishes to quicksand. Which is vore and mummification/vacuumbed. What i try to seek is the common denominator among these three which is the "immobilization" theme.
That being said, i have found and met some females that absolutely love vore/mummification/vacuumbed but hasn't realised/discovered quicksand as a "sibling" to one another.
