Locations in CO/WY?

Hey I'm new to the sinking scene and I'm looking for possible locations in Wyoming or northern Colorado. Anyone have experience in these places? Thanks!

There is said to be a quarry mudpit near Wattenburg, Colorado. It can be seen on Google satellite view but I have a suspicion that the mud is somewhat sandy. Note that this mudpit is very exposed to view...

Flaming Gorge reservoir is going to be drawn down considerably soon, the northern end of the lake may have some clay mud...
