As a BBW fan, I liked Scarlett a lot. I figured she'd be an inspiration for BBWs to get into quicksand modeling to be honest.

Scarlett was the girlfriend of one of the gang during that memorable expedition to southern Illinois. Chuck Lang directed us to this location and we had a great time. She was a very sweet lady and joined the party as we worked. Not really seeking the camera she lingered at the back where this black muck was thickest and it took a serious liking to her. Quite a bit of effort from several of us was required to get her out of there. She was a great sport and appeared to really enjoy herself.
It's a dirty job but I got to do it for 27 years. Thank you.

I remember how she needed help getting pulled out. She enjoyed being helped out

This was a coal slurry pond. It's supersaturated coal dust. Wonderful stuff. :mrgreen:
