Starting Friday morning last, they blocked access to quicksandfans due to excessive traffic. I started calling them on Saturday and have spent roughly an hour each day on the phone with them since then.
Along the way, I brought in a third party firewall (which will definitely help down the road).
I can't promise that there won't be more downtime in the near future. Even as I type this, SSL is not working, so they are still making changes.
If there are any lingering issues tomorrow morning, I will be on the phone with them once again.
