Cerberus, I watched some tutorial videos about the Sample Steps mostly 20 and CFG on 12, I managed to creat a sharp photo portrait of a woman but there's a issue.
I see in the videos they generate a new photo within 5 secondes (6 sample steps) while my generate action (the same steps) takes almost 1,5 hour while my laptop is strong, did I do something wrong?

I start to learn more and more slowly but why does generate takes so long time?

1.5 hours is a long time to generate an image. If it was the first one you may have been downloading a file or files in the background, in which case a second generate should run quicker. Size of image generated will have an impact on the time, test at 512X512 to start. Size also affects memory usage, if you run out of memory the machine will start swapping to disk and that can slow things down a lot. You can see your memory usage by using task manager, it is worth checking that. These are probably the first things to check.

My machine takes a couple of minutes to generate an image (SDXL). It's probably a bit above medium specification for a tower PC, I've got about 32GB memory, SSD disks and a dedicated NVidia graphics card with 12GB of memory. The people getting images in 5 seconds or so will have top of the range machines, probably with multiple graphics cards.

Check file sizes (aim for about 1 - 1.5 MB pngs) to start and see if that makes a difference, also look at memory and processor utilisation to see how heavy that is.

Cerberus - your backgrounds continue to be great, very realistic and dramatic. Oh, and the models are pretty good, as well.

Thanks, the backgrounds are mostly the doing of the AI, I just tell it what kind of background I want, it's selected from a list of about 35 types. The female subjects are a bit more defined, hairstyle, colour, look, actions, facial expressions, clothing, etc. Mostly the AI ignores what I tell it but sometimes it all works out.

The tentacle hands? It's just the mud making them look like that. Aside: damn, how did that slip by me.

Cerberus, I tried everthing with Stable Difussion, the steps, CFG, and other stuff but only get burry images of the same woman, I downloaded a pony tail file, ultra reality file, quicksand file but tried to type some proms and negative prompts but bad results...

You shouldn't need to download more files at the moment to get good images. See if you can replicate what is in the screen print below:

To save you copying the typing the prompt is:

Make sure you have all the other settings as shown on my screen print. This took about 50 seconds on my machine and the resulting image is the one shown in the window on the right. Your image will probably be a bit different as you'll be using a different seed.
