As far as I can tell we are both using the same version - 1.9.4. I got the version I'm using from github about 9 months ago, but have updated it since then.
I've experimented with the prompt, nprompt and settings in the picture you posted above, I get a different image but similar in framing and type (i.e. a blonde wearing jewellery). I tried some experiments with the merging ration and sigma settings you have that are different from my setup and they have subtle effects but nothing dramatic.
It may be useful, at this point, for you to start using the "Scripts" facility, you should have it at the bottom of your A1111 screen. There are a number of options available here, I'd suggest you try the X/Y/Z Plot first. Using this you can select various options for use on the axes and select lists of values you want to test. For example if you set the X axis to steps with values of 30,40,50,60 and the Y axis to CFG Scale with values of 5,10,15,20 you would end up with a 4X4 grid of all the combinations of steps and CFG scales specified, you would also get the 16 individual images. You can specify whether you want all the images to be from the same seed or using different seeds. This it a very useful option for testing settings to see what works best.
