If its not too much like prying, may I ask about your bunch of reasons? For myself it works on the following levels.

1. This is Elvira, an attractive woman in her own right.
2. She's bound and gagged and sinking into one of Redjak's underground mud pits.
3. It's already certain that she's going to drown, but now Mudjak has risen out of the ooze and is about to drag her under.

Any of those?

I'd say that Marisa's got less than a minute before she goes under.

Which is far too little time for her to escape from her tape cocoon and save herself.

It's also far too little time for us, because we'd like to see the mud take MUCH LONGER to suck her under.

We definitely agree about struggling Max. 200%!

Even though its not likely to happen, its a secret wish (no longer) of mine to be able to create a sequence of images of a helplessly mummified and gagged girl sinking into quicksand. For best effect she would have her ample breasts exposed and not wrapped over with tape. Ideally she would also be pleading with her eyes and have a look of total panic and terror written on her face.

The nice thing about such a sequence is that everyone could take from it what they want. Those who don't want to see her going any deeper than her chest would disregard those images that don't tick that particular box. Those who want to see her go under and drown would probably be interested in the entire sequence.

Here's hoping that one day I'll be able to pull such a thing off!

To make sure that a damsel has no chance of saving herself from the quicksand all that's needed is to tie her wrists and arms behind her back, bind them to her torso and then tie her legs together in a few places. There's no need to do anything else.

So the many hours Redjak spends wrapping, binding, tying, knotting and cinching his captives is just overkill. Likewise when it comes to gagging and blindfolding them. He goes way, way over the top.

The same applies when he encases their feet in concrete or locks heavy chains around their legs so that these weights pull them under. There's no real need for him to do these things.

Perhaps all of these things are just symptoms of his mental instability? He calls himself the Quicksand Killer and delights in drowning helpless young women in quicksand. Miriam being another example of this.

I do now, Max!

That image of her you posted is of a good enough size and resolution for me to work with. There are a couple of provisos tho'. First, because she's tied to a post I can't place her into a quicksand pit for sinking. But seeing she's anchored in place I could put her into one of Redjak's drowning chambers and show the mud risen up to her breasts. The other proviso is that part of her left arm is cropped out of the image. This means I can't show her in the centre of the finished QS fake. But otherwise this one could work.

If I can enhance the drama of the situation I'll do it. Otherwise she'll appear just as you see her now.

No promises on when this'll be ready, btw. It'll happen when it happens.
