My brother instellen pip and torch files succesfully but now has issues install Clip.
The prompt says something about the setup of pip.
He doesn’t know where to put Clip and to let it install.

There are a lot of things with "clip" in the name but In this case I think it is meant to be the "clip" folder in stable-diffusion-webui/venv/lib/site-packages. It still looks like the repository used to build venv (the one that should have downloaded with the "git clone ..." command isn't complete. Your brother shouldn't be having to install these things a piece at a time.

You mean that when he has installed Python, cloned SD and has installed pip and runs the webui.user it should install Torch, Clip and other files by itself?

If its correct the pip.exe and wheel and the folder of site packages must be installed on user/appdata/programs/python310? instead of users/mybrothersname/A111/stablediffusion/venv/scripts/sitepackages?

If that is correct I let him install the software in the wrong folder

And Python and Pip must be on PATH on

Basically yes, the only things you should need to install are python 3.10.6 and git, then run the "git clone ..." command from a cmd prompt in your A1111 folder (if that is what you've called it) to create the stable-diffusion-webui folder. When you run webui-user.bat for the first time everything else should be installed and set up, this includes pip, torch etc.

It seems there is something wrong with, either the PATH or your brothers python install, as you keep getting the message that the "activate,bat file can't be found. I had look on my machine and believe I found the file it is looking for under my python installation. In my case it is in the folder:

C:/Users/HomePC/AppData/Local/Programs/Python/Python310/Lib/crpts/venv/scripts/nt

Note: where your brother uses his name, in my case I've used "HomePC"

The other files in this folder are deactivate.exe, python.exe and pythonw.exe.

To be able to be able to find this copy of activate.bat the PATH should contain:

C:\Users\HomePC\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python310\Scripts\
