Kelly kicked herself in the ass for taking a short cut... but there wasn't anything she could do now. She was sinking and frantically searched for a way out. Spotting a dead tree a few feet outside her grasp, she thought maybe if she could reach it with her shirt, she might have a chance... maybe....

Jumping from a small hillock of swamp grass, Rusty plunged straight to her upper thighs in the soft muck, her momentum pitching her forward, her hands plunging in to mid-forarm as well. The bog wobbled around her like a large waterbed before she heard a soft gurgle and began to slowly sink...

This one was influenced by J. Scott Campbell's "Danger Girl" I love his art.

Gaeriel has sat in the house for a week, watching the rain come down... most of the city was flooding but Gaeri was somewhat happy. Living at the bottom of a hill in her neighborhood, the water table was somewhat high in her yard. Having tall wooden fencing surrounding her yard was definitely a plus, especially when she realized her back yard had become somewhat of a quagmire. Just stepping off into the grass resulted in her sinking to her ankles in the soft earth. When she made her way to the very rear of her yard, she grinned, seeing the barren ground so obviously saturated. Glancing left and right to ensure no one could see over her fencing, she slowly peeled out of her tank top and shorts and stepped into the bare spot... Gaeri grinned wildly as she sank immediately to mid calf, and sank a bit slower until she reached her knees, then stopped. "Good enough..." she said and lowered herself into the morass. Working herself deep into the muck, she worked the loose earth into a soupy bog... laying back she slid her fingers over her mud covered skin... seeking more sensitive places...

This one's a bit of an oddity for me... I usually don't draw nudity... but this one just didn't look right with clothes...

This was one of my very first sketches posted back in 98/99 time frame... Black and white pencil sketch on white bond paper. Who sunk? We'll never know... I came across this image in my mind after the sinking had already been done...
