Looks like we haven't seen the last of Michelle... She's a real fighter, isn't she?

There's a bit of an annoying situation with this and some of the next few parts. You see, when I made the decision to feature multiple camera angles (all 20 of them) for each part in the sequence, I only needed to account for Michelle's head. But I eventually decided to add in yet another quicksand trope, that of a hand emerging, then sinking out of sight.

Unfortunately, there are some camera angles for which the hand isn't visible or is only partially in frame. I don't want to fiddle with the camera angles because it's actually possible to take all the images from a specific camera angle and create a sinking sequence, and I don't want to omit any of them from each upload so as to ensure some level of consistency. I hope you understand.

I actually had many parts of this sequence ready for some time, but didn't post them just yet because I wanted to continue my little story snippets. But I've been really busy for a while and didn't have the time to write something, and since I've decided to give up on doing those for now and focus on the actual proper story for In the Thick of It, I might as well post them now.

Besides, my free Core on DeviantArt is running out soon, so I'd better post these while I can still fit all 20 images into a single post over there.

Did a little test.

I took all the images I've done so far using one of the camera angles for In the Thick of It, put them all in sequence, and voilà! Here's a GIF of Michelle going under.

The series isn't over yet, and I'll definitely be trying out some of the other camera angles.
