Jesus....have a mechanical or forget where you are momentarily and you are a scorch mark on a wall and a pile of smoking debris on the canyon floor!

I'm a fixed wing pilot and can convert airspeed to altitude if things go weird unless one of the wings became an odd decoration on a canyon wall, my hat is off to the rotor pilots in that video as that isn't an option for them...death follows very quickly in the event of any mishap

Okay. I will agree to all of that, but I will also point out that a rotorhead can actually *stop*. I'll bet there are a LOT of dead pilots that would have loved such an option.

It's an AH-46 Apache gunship's adventure as viewed through its front camera. It's flying low, between two trees, and... well, you see the rest of the story. The story behind this is that the actual scene is far more dramatic; however, the camera is stabilized by a gyroscope, thus everything appears to be on one plane of view verus spinning all over the place as it actually was.
