Well, I got it converted, and I extracted a vidcap, and I put that on my Facebook, but so far the footage itself is blowing up my editing software. Um, keep plugging away I guess.

I'm really glad I don't give myself deadlines. I have those at my day job and don't want to feel like I'm there when I'm working on my clips.

Well, here it is...I didn't really consider it completely on-topic since I did not film my actual sinking playtime (different spot). I filmed a walking-around-the-cattail-mattress thing after I was done playing.

So on to this thread...

The geography is just too rocky to allow it. I hope that your locality is a little more soil oriented, and that you will discover some good sinking spots, like you have in the past. Good luck, and try to stay warm until Summer!

Yeah, most of the spots I explored (in person) or researched (topographic maps) probably had rocky-ish soil. :| I have a pretty good range of exploration via car, but it's not good at going off-road, so my choices are somewhat limited to spots that are within walking distance (i.e. from a park's ... parking lot) etc.
