Actually, I think you may have a lot of fun trying it indoor with such a nice company. Just find a reliable tub to contain your "quicksand" stuff.

There is a problem, my older brother has a shower but no bathtub. And indeed, If my older brother had a bath tub I could put the peat in there.
But hopefullly when I pull the plug, I hope I don't make a sewer blockage.
Next time, I have to think about a plan where I put the peat into....

As in the case of many "sticky" situations, the good idea to first plan not "where I should put it in" or "how I would get into it", but first plan "how I will get out of it" and "how I will get rid of it afterwards".

I'll be the first to admit that I actually have made quicksand indoors once, successfully!

I too also live with my parents! (since I'm in college)!

Since I currently live in Chicago, where there are literally no "good spots" in the area, I decided to try and do this in my bathtub when my parents were out of town!

I'll admit it was pretty fun, but I HIGHLY don't recommend this at all! It is extremely risky, and this is something I'm probably never going to do again! If you decide to do this, be prepared to get down on your knees and clean EVERYTHING in your bathroom! It fucking sucks! You also can't simply drain the peat down the drain, since it'll clog it up! So you literally have to get a shovel and put all of the substance in a garbage bag so you can dispose of it! Like everyone said in the thread, do this OUTSIDE... I'm actually in the process of doing a project by building my own bathtub outside, and putting it in a secluded forest right next to my house!

I know some of you are going call me "stupid", but honestly... fuck it! xD
