A short videos found I want to see the whole video.

I found this video a few years ago. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=biiIsj6q3Bs I want to see the whole video I do not have flash so is the video also on a program with out flas?

It works for me when it asks for to play with real player. Why would you want to see those videos there its better if you go directly to youtube and watch those videos there entering the title of the keyword?
