"The rescue dog" is from here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inspector_Rex
It was aired several times here, and it is aired now again.
The series had at least two quicksand scenes. I mentioned it several years ago and asked if there is any established procedure for adding items to Crypto's list. There was some unexpected skepticism instead of constructive answers, so now I don't care.

Hate to burst anybody's bubble, but as a Walking Dead viewer, those zombie weren't sinking in Bog/Quicksand, and don't expect any quicksand scenes in Season Three. Fairly sure of that if their following the comics.
Sorry.

Sorry.
The 2 Zoms were stuck in the thick mud of a swamp maybe only a foot or 2 deep and below the water's surface (I saw the TV episode, not the comic). Not "DEEP" sinking, but that's close enough for me.

For me, it is all about the imagery... One can look at the same photo and think "quicksand", "mud" or dirty water. I prefer to think of it as quicksand myself, even if it may not be.
Speaking of, here's more stuff!
