I was just curious how it felt, temperature-wise, and am happy to hear that your bog wasn't shockingly cold. I have had really loose watery bogs which turned out to be rather chilly, but that was because they were in the high elevations, although things have helped as the summer wore on. The thicker the bogs, the better they warmed up, although the increase of the insulating factor with thickness also helped.
