can't download clip from club mpv

I renewed my account earlier today,1-15-13, in the hopes that I could download "Kym in Hollywood Quicksand",and others as money permits, All I get is nothing when I click the download button...I do come up with a screen that says "do you want to save this download" what is going on!? I was able to get a few pics, but no downloads please help...!!!

Your board email is not in the Club MPV database, so without your member name (which should not be shared here, obviously), I can't look into this with any certainty.
