Kaol's was the first site that I frequented - wow- over 10 years ago now - "Help me, I'm in quicksand!" - Red Rubber Ball - Monkees songs - and you know, I loved and still like the Monkees (God bless the late David Jones) and Red Rubber ball is in my top ten all time favorite songs. I wonder if there is something genetic in the interests similiarity? Who knows? Kaol, if you want to return, then welcome back.

Dear Fans of KAOL (and who isn't a fan???):

Ah yes, Kaol had an enormous impact on the quicksand community for many many moons.

I remember going on his site and seeing some of the first photos of girls in bikinis in quicksand. I thought I had died and went to heaven! His "Mind is the Key" is my first video tape purchase, if my aging memory serves...

He is indeed a member of this Board, as our colleague Boggyman points out, and posts occasionally on the Other Producers section.

I was definitely around back in those days. Used to hang out a LOT on #WAMQucksand on mIRC dalnet. Koal's page had a ton of bells and whistles but he said he liked them. I haven't been on any boards in years but still into mud and quicksand.
