Let's see. What kind of scenario could we have for an outfit like that? I know! She's a majorette who's been kidnapped while in her uniform for the big parade. That's a good damsel-in-distress scenario.
As for quicksand, we can say she's a majorette at band camp who sneaked off to meet her boyfriend, got lost in the woods, and stumbled into quicksand.

I remember that set! That was from my first shoot with straitjacketed.com. And I have worn those boots in the mud
