Pretty much the story of our season in that play right there.

The Cowgirls and the Eaglets losing was the only highlight of a truly crappy, fucked up day for me. I'm hoping the Dallas/Philly game in two weeks ends in a tie.

This is probably the first time in a long time that I have never really followed the season. Kinda goes like that when your teams are pretty much dead meat by October. Pitt laid a beating on Cinci tonight which looked like the old days, only problem being theres only 2 more games. Ah well at least that way you can avoid some of the drama and enjoy the games

I always thought that the definition of a true supporter was one who still loved his team even when they were losing. This is why I picked the Saints in the first place. Back in 1983 they blew the chance of securing their first winning season ever - THAT'S my team.

Also, I am still loyally following England down under in the latest Ashes series, and that really is becoming painful....

Thing is, if Pittsburg can win out the last two games, they still might have a chance at a wildcard spot.

I try to focus on something, even when my team's year is terrible. It's a bit more heartbreaking this year because we had a good run last year, got into the playoffs, and, yeah expectations dashed. Again.

We may need to clean house again. Starting with our shit for brains owner.

You mean the team that are really the Browns, except that they aren't, because there's another lot of Browns where the team that aren't the Browns any more used to play when they were the Browns; only this lot of new Browns seem to think that the've been the Browns all along, except that it's quite obvious that they haven't?

So, I'm not an Eagles fan by any stretch of the imagination, but based on the last two NFC East teams to use the Cowgirls as a stepping stone into the playoffs, the Eagles are either going to get stomped by the Saints next week or are likely going to win the Superbowl.

The Saints are not in the dome, so they the Aints
Bet on Phily beating their ass like a red-headed stepchild.

Strange game in Chicago but the Pack prevailed; expect them to beat on the 49ers, that cold weather just murders the nice-weather teams.

Chargers at Bengals --- eh, really 2 good teams here so it could be a pick 'em. Depends which version of each shows up

KC at Indy - bet no one had that as a wild card matchup. I'm sure the betters will be taking KC, but they have looked very mortal since the Broncos kicked their ass. Take Indy and give the points.

Bengals are so much better at home, they should survive the first round
