Heather Blake in "Left To Die"(I believe that is the correct title?) did this well. Just a moan or two as she was instructed to get in, then struggling to get free as she sinks slowly. Never a word said by her.

That's actually why I enjoyed this video. She didn't speak. She also had another one where she is wearing a hat that was similar I believe.

Yes, I'm not a loud-cryng-girls fan too. Sometimes I turn sound off - and several scenes starts to be more attractive because of some freedom for fantasies. I can imagine that girl went into mud at her will/for pleasure e.t.c. And it's more realistic and near-to-life experience because of I think most of us aren't crying in our sinking places because of reasons Nessie said.

I have to say, I'm also not a fan of pleading for help. Maybe screaming in panic, maybe.
