Re: Something I noticed
I actually didn't realize quicksand/sinking etc was a fetish when I first started fetish modeling. I thought I was doing horror work or something at first haha I had no idea! I'm very open minded though so I was excited to try it. Quicksand isn't my personal fetish but over the years of doing this type of work there are things I've grown to like. For one, I'm very much into voyeurism so the fact that I know everyone watching my videos is really enjoying them gets me excited. Also, I love being nude and I've grown to enjoy the way I look nude covered in mud. I think it is beautiful. Especially with the nature surrounding me. It makes me feel sexy. And last but not least & I don't get to do this in quicksand to often but I'm also sexually attracted to females so doing anything sexy with them is a plus! So I never knew quicksand was a fetish & I never thought I'd enjoy it either but there you go!

Re: Something I noticed
I think I was born with the quicksand fetish. I cannot explain it. The quicksand fetish is just fascinating for me. Always had it, and always will. No one knows about my quicksand fetish. I wish they had a meetup group just for people who had interests in sinking in quicksand.
Quicksand-for-life - there are a handful of women that have been on here and have the quicksand fetish. It is mostly men, but I always thought the fetish would be non-gender biased. Would love to hear your stories/experiences.

According to the article and statistics, these women tend to be submissive in the bedroom. They often engage in fetishes that humiliate them or leave them helpless. This of course, brings up all sorts of questions about females and a perhaps subconscious desire to be helpless. I could expound on that for days, but I digress.
Anyhoo, several fetishes were named, but not QS. I'm willing to bet these ladies would find this particular fetish very intriguing and satisfying. I've actually spoken with a few ladies who enjoy various bondage fetishes, and when I mentioned QS they became very interested. Sadly, I have not had the pleasure of being there if and when they tried it.
This is absolutely true! I'm a collared submissive so I'm proof! It's nice to let go and not be in charge; to not have to make any decisions. Completely stress free and under someone else's control.

Two points 1) My QS interest started to "bloom" age 11 Have a few ideas where & why it came but it sure began young
2) Like Sarah Michelle I have had to be the (self employed) boss all my life To be sub, preferably in mud/qs is a welcome relief as she says Its not only ladies who like to "relax"!!

I'm curious. does a male taking control, reducing you to the hapless damsel turn you on, or is it loss of control in general? There's a reason I ask this, I have a theory.
I think it's a mixture of both. But I'm very particular as to whom I'm submissive to. It's not just anybody. If I don't feel like you can be dominant or we don't have a connection, I'm completely turned off and I won't respond in a submissive manor.
I feel everyone's fetishes start at a very early age, even if we don't understand that it's a fetish. My Dom has told me He remembers being very young and fascinated with bondage. Same with me. I find it so interesting that before we even really consciously think about anything sexual we're subconsciously thinking about it!
