Question for the film makers?

Postby Izusu4720 » Thu Oct 16, 2014 11:36 pm

Hello group just wanted to ask all the film makers if their was any request made for male sinking videos? Most videos are involving just women in situations... Is there a market out there for males getting stuck in mud and or quicksand? Also if there is a market or someone wanting to test the waters doing a male sinking situation I would love to volunteer for the role lol... If there's any openings I'm a strait white male in my younger 30's with a decent body lol ..

Yes, there have been requests.
Yes, there is a market for that (or at least one or two members here, always ready with blatant gimmes).
Yes, guys have 'volunteered' before.
Yes, this feels like deja vu.
And yes, I'm going to suggest that folks who wants to see that should be the ones who make it. Camp MPV is available for hire btw. ;)

Having said all that, we're about to find out if there really is a market for male sinking videos, thanks to Mike at DIDVP. We should know in a couple months. :geek:

Over the years there have been a few such requests but not enough to induce me to do it. If I did shoot a scene of this type it would be just one or two and there would be no pay at all for the person doing the part as I just do not see any prospect of more than very minimal sales. It would be my judgment that about the only way it would be possible would be on a day off between two regular shoots with the actor being someone working those shoots as a member of the crew. (Sinking without cameras is similarly allowed then so it would be a matter of simply adding the cameras.)

In the past, several people have suggested making male scenes, adding something such as "you'll sell lots." Since I do not think that is true I have called what I have seen as a bluff by suggesting that if there is that much money to be made they rent Studio 588 for a day or two and make the money themselves. That was the last I heard from them. Studio 588 remains available for rent for such projects. Just get in touch for details.
Studio 588 currently offers more than 2200 different HD and QD quicksand videos and has supported production of well over 2400 video scenes and other projects by 20 different producers. Info may be found at:

Wait till next week, when I release Gage's Explorer video, in the thick, bottomless mud, complete with dramatic submersion.

Then....if sales warrant it, you will see more in the future.
