I couldn't give up such things, ever. Giving a kidney or a leg is just unnatural. Giving a girlfriend or a dog is just cruel and depressing (I am single and I don't have a dog). Giving the camaro, well, that is more of a privilege, that would be understandable.
However, I wouldn't give up my camaro, it was a gift from my beloved grandfather who recently passed away he loved fast cars, and my camaro always reminds me of him. Also, I wouldn't be able to drive without it, since I don't have another car. It looks like bumblebee from Transformers. (I used to drive a Silverado pickup truck, the first car I had, but it had too many problems, so I sold that truck).
Anyway, I couldn't trade any of the things you listed for anything. If someone offered me things like that, I would not accept, it seems evil to make someone give up pieces of their life.
