Well, what ever you say Ace. I am trying to keep my record clean, as there is not yet a single crime on it.
Quarries aren't always the only option, either. (However, I do admit that, many of us, including myself, are very limited on options)

Can't really address the whole "stuck" fetish thing objectively, been stuck once beyond all escape, only alive as I was able to warn my partner off and they managed to find me a stick that I used to eventually get myself free. Screaming bone rearranging pain the whole time...

The settling pond directly west of the developement looks VERY promising. You'll probably finde some awesome quicksand around the small pool at the southern end, the water drops into the pond there and will upwell through the surrounding sediment. You'll probably have a beach sand consistancy there (heavier particles settle first) with it becoming more sticky and clay like the further north you go towards the larger area of water.
To trespass or not to trespass is your decision. Best suggestion I can give you is bring a friend, it'll look less "weird" if you get caught.

The ability to trespass depends on the plant layout and the security they employ. The quarry I work for would probably be on the easy side to get into. We do employ a security company but I've seen these guys work on the weekends and they pretty much skip over one of the best mud spots since there's no equipment or matetials nearby. Still you'd have to get into our lot and their routes are random so you never know when security may drive by or someone else that may be coming in to work.

Yea your security experience will vary lol. The security system at mine consists of a high dirt bank that can be traversed by a reasonable 4x4 as long as you don't mind scraping the skid plates a little.

Keep in mind on the whole two is better than one aspect, that also means there will usually be two stories of what you're up to that must match perfectly or you'll end up wishing there was only the one story, your own, to tell. In any type of official encounter, you will both be separated, coerced, tricked, intimidated, or threatened into talking. The slightest discrepancy will lead to further questioning and can be used as probable cause showing you're up to something.

Well, I decided to explore the quarry out by where I live in Ohio. Only had time for one small spot on the left

It was alright. A little too rocky for my liking and had a lot of tall grass by where the good mud was. Might get more luck next time I head out and explore the bigger spots.
