That must take some mad skills (as my daughter's generation would say.) You must have to gradually increase positive pitch so that you hit 1G just as the roll reaches 180, then back off as you get back to level flight.

The entire maneuver was done at 1G.

You could have been in your seat and pouring a cup of coffee for yourself and you would have been fine. Not spilling a drop. ;)
