This pretty much illustrates the point I was making about prepared locations. Sven (of quicksandgirls.com) is a Stuck fetishist, and for the majority of his scenes the pits were set up thus (they were thick).

'Stuck' is a theme I may be exploring seriously in the future. I would imagine a lot of nice sucking and squelching sounds will come out of that as well.

Meanwhile, I will post a short list of scenes in the MPV forum that you may want to check out.

I think the sounds are so great in quicksandgirls because there is no acting, and they are actually very stuck. Like you said, Sven makes the pits purposely very thick in which they cannot sink all the way but getting out is an incredible challenge. For me, the stuck fetish is actually just as interesting as the quicksand fetish. I think it goes hand in hand. A female buried at the beach or even stuck in an object is almost as appealing as someone in quicksand. However, a female sinking in quicksand and also stuck is a real bonus for me since both fetishes play into one.

I've always had a goal of shooting scenes featuring a nice steady sink, with 'stuck' struggling, in a thick environment, ending with a submersion. We actually had some success along these lines this past season (not in the MPVBleck btw). I'll point this out when those scenes are released.

Even so, this is an area I will continue to develop. I suspect that the sounds asked for by the OP will come with the territory.

Here's a random thought... would it be possible to enhance the natural sound effects in scenes to get that great slurping sound? Such as laying down an additional track in post production? That may address this matter rather nicely.

Surely the best "Sinking scene with good sucking sounds" is in the Hammer Films version of "The Hound of the Baskervilles"; the scene early on in the film where Watson falls into the Great Grimpen Mire while pursuing Marla Landi; although the scene at the end where Ms Landi gets sucked under comes a close second.

I recently bought some "mud squish movement" sound effects from pond5.com for a poser QS movie I'm working on. They have a variety of sound effect including bubbles, lave, and mud. Their prices are not bad either.
