Wow, that's freaky and rather scary. You can hear the kid screaming...
How long did Tarzan watch before deciding to save Jill..?

Tree wells are quite a serious safety hazard. As recently as this morning (Tuesday), here in BC, a skier died in a tree well on Whistler-Blackcomb Ski Resort:

HOLY CRAP!! That's terrifying. Especially videos like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0jvEYzh_1Sg of people going in face-first and being buried upside down in snow.

Re: quicksnow?
When I was a child (back in the middle ages, our neighbors had a driveway that ended at the top of wall that dropped off about 7 feet. When we got a snowstorm, and we got a lot of them, they neighbors would take down one section of the fence they had at the top of the dropoff and we used snow pushers to shove the snow over onto their neighbor's yard. Their neighbor was an elderly lady who never ventured into her own back yard and so was oblivious to the snow being dumped. After one particular storm that delivered something on the order of 24 inches of snow we ended up with a shelf of snow level with the top of the wall. That is it was about seven feet deep. After the fence section was put back up I remember quite well another neighborhood boy, a lttile older than myself at the time, who climbed on top of the fence section and dove head first into the snow shelf. He was lucky he didn't break his neck but he did get stuck with just his lower legs sticking up. He was promptly pulled out but I doubt if he could have gotten out on his own. After that all the neighbors who could afford it bought gasoline powered snow blowers and dumping it over the wall was wisely abandoned.
Studio 588 currently offers more than 2200 different HD and QD quicksand videos and has supported production of well over 2400 video scenes and other projects by 20 different producers. Info may be found at:

Very sad.
I'll give this post a pass the board's 'mortality' rule since there are a lot of outdoor folks here who may not be aware of this danger (I certainly wasn't).
